IDEAS THAT MAKE SENSE:
Motivation is a flakey friend. Don’t rely on her.

Confession time.
For the last 5 years, I’ve been trying to start something alongside my 9–5. To be honest, I’ve always been obsessed with starting a business but I’ve never been very good at the whole self-belief thing (a story for another time).
So I tried and failed many times because, well, I wasn’t really trying. I was on paper, you see I subscribed to busy work. Work that made me feel like I was hustling but when you boiled it down, amounted to pretty much nothing.
