SMALL IDEAS
Sitting with bad feelings can feel good - avoidance is the thing that typically feels not so good.
Good careers are built on bad experiences - use an experimental mindset to find the career you love.
Self-care isn’t a cringe fest - taking the mick out of self-care doesn’t make it less important. Let’s make self-care cool.
Being yourself at work is the quickest way to find your fit - hiding behind who you think you should be leads to career disaster.
Your 9–5 Is Your Biggest Competitive Advantage. Never Give It Up.
What everybody gets wrong about a 9–5
A 9–5 gets a bad rap.
People will tell you the thing you need to do is to ‘quit the rat-race’ to find happiness. Work for yourself they say, you’ll be happy they say.
The trouble is, well actually many things, but the main hole in this argument is the polarisation of the 9–5.
That everything about it is horrendous. Well I work a 9–5 and I plan on keeping it that way.
