The free next-day shipping threshold was set at $30
A big chunk of people were already spending $20+ over the threshold
💡 So what did they do?
They raised the free shipping threshold to $50 and tested two things:
A static banner:
"Spend $50 to get free next-day delivery"
📊 Result: 0% change in AOV, +3.11% conversion
A dynamic banner:
"Spend $10 more to get free shipping"
📊 Result: +10.16% AOV (mobile)
📊 +9.64% AOV (desktop)
