Eve, this post is very helpful, especially for those of us who are in the early stages of writing a newsletter.
I’ve found niching down challenging because there’s so much I love to write about.
Having said that, I realize that as an entrepreneur who owned an iconic business rooted in a community, there is a lot that I can share to help others. .
Niching down is hard but I think it's an iterative process over time and not something to worry about too much, sort of a 100 to 99 type thing not a 100 to 1.
just a quick one.. what did you like most about the newsletter and what would you like to see more of?
Eve!! Invaluable advice here. As someone who has been challenged in the past by niching down, due to fomo and a lack mindset, I'm right there with you. In order to serve at the highest level, you have to know who your audience is, their language, their challenges and what they need. Helps a lot if you've been there too! I might just niche down even more. Thanks for this...it's gold 🥇
100% it's key to know who you're talking to and you show that through the language you use. I just think it makes most sense to solve the problems you've got!
Wondered if there's anything you'd like to see more or less of in these newsletters? What would help you if you had more of and which bits didn't you like so much?
Being totally honest, what I'm looking for is more of this kind of stuff. The stuff that really works and makes an impact. I've a shed load of wisdom and knowledge in my field, and I love to write. So I just want to get my stuff out there, make it my main job and reach as many people as possible.

People love data whether they know it or not because data reduces uncertainty. Great post!
Appreciate it Leo 😊😊 Agreed - people love data.
Just a quick one, anything you'd like to see less or more of in this newsletter? Drop me a note privately if you didn't wanna share on here :)
I really liked the bad example and good example comparison. It helped drive the point home and gave a concrete example of how to apply the tips.
Great stuff - thanks Leo!

Love it. So more real life examples, with numbers & stuff you can use? Gotcha :) I'll work on it!
Thank you hun, appreciated and open to learn!
